At Jinibara State School, our Parent and Citizens Association serves as a vital link between the school, parents, and the wider community. Here you'll find everything you need to know about our P&C and how you can engage with us to support the growth and development of our school.
Who Are We?
The Jinibara P&C Association is a group of dedicated parents and carers committed to enriching both the social and educational experience for our students. We work together to build the school community and create a sense of belonging for our students and their families.
Our Mission
Our mission is to enhance the social and educational journey of every student at Jinibara State School by promoting collaboration, advocating for their needs, and providing resources and support to enrich their learning environments.
How We Support The School
The P&C plays a pivotal role in supporting the school by running the Tuckshop, OSHC and the Uniform shop. Profits from these businesses are then reinvested into the school providing resources for extracurricular activities or contributing to facility upgrades. Our efforts are geared towards creating positive outcomes for all students.
How Can You Get Involved?
We welcome and encourage all parents, caregivers, teachers, and community members to get involved with the P&C. Your participation can range from attending meetings, volunteering in the Tuckshop or giving your time to volunteer at events. We need you – are you a crafter, baker, BBQ King/Queen, enthusiastic about helping our students or just want to be involved to help make a difference. Whether you are introverted or extroverted, you can help us to make out school a success. Together, we can make a meaningful difference in the lives of our students.
