At Jinibara State School we strive to achieve our vision of a learning community in which our students are safe, engaged and successful. We aim to provide a challenging curriculum that embraces the individuality of the learner to build student competence, creativity and character. Our purpose is to instil in every student the essence of life long learning focussed on the acquisition of new knowledges and ways of working. All aspects of the curriculum are richly embedded with Literacy and Numeracy and students are encouraged to establish effective skills for responsible learning behaviour.

.
These eight key learning areas are taught using a range of specialised teaching personnel including classroom, Music, Special Education, Learning Support, LOTE (French) and Physical Education.
